Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to provide any reason. In case of withdrawal, you will be refunded for the entire amount paid, excluding return costs , which remain your responsibility.
How to make a return

Contact our Customer Service
Write to info.sopraluce@gmail.com indicating “Return Request” in the subject and including the order number. -
Prepare the package
Use the original packaging and insert the product to be returned, in perfect condition, undamaged and complete with all parts. -
Return by courier
We will provide you with a label to attach to the parcel and arrange for collection at the original delivery address. -
Verification and refund
After receiving and verifying the return, we will refund the purchase amount, net of return costs , using the same payment method used for the order.
Warranty
All products purchased on Sopraluce.com are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against defects of conformity, as required by the Consumer Code.
What is meant by defect?
Our products are made in small series, combining artisanal workmanship and industrial processes. For this reason, any slight irregularities, chromatic variations or surface imperfections do not constitute defects, but are an integral part of the unique character of each object.
If you believe that your item has a real defect or malformation, we invite you to:
- Write to us at info.spraluce@gmail.com indicating the order number
- Attach a brief description of the problem and one or more clear photos
If necessary, we will arrange for the product to be collected at our expense for a more thorough evaluation. In the event of a confirmed defect:
- We will repair the item, when possible
- or we will replace it
- If none of these options are feasible, we will issue a full refund , including shipping costs.
