From order to delivery

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the checkout page, before payment confirmation. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking to follow the shipment to your home.

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product ordered:

• Some items are available for immediate delivery and are shipped in approximately 4-5 working days .
• Other items, however, are made to order : in these cases, production takes approximately 4-5 weeks .

If you have ordered multiple products with different times, the shipment will be made in a single solution, following the times of the item that requires the longest processing. For special requests, you can write to us directly at info.sopraluce@gmail.com

Why don't we ship within 48 hours?

Simple: we believe in careful, sustainable and tailor-made production. We do not have warehouses full of stock, because each piece is produced specifically for you. We use selected materials and work in small series, taking care of every detail in our Italian workshops.

Once made, your order is carefully packaged and entrusted to specialized couriers to reach you in the shortest possible time.

We know that the wait may seem long, but every object needs its time to be done well. And for us, something unique is always worth the wait.
